The parliament has an important role within the political systems concerning the various functions it performs from voting on legislative laws to monitoring the work of the government.

The Moroccan parliament is a case in point.

It is considered a legislative mechanism par excellence.

It is also empowered by the Moroccan 2011 constitution through equipping it with the possibility to evaluate the public policies.

As a matter of fact, I will try, through this research paper, to clarify the role of the Moroccan parliament between legislation, controlling the government and the possibility of evaluating public policies as well as the role of parliamentary committees and fact-finding committees in tracking policies while tackling the constitutional dimension to discuss and evaluate public policies.

I will also review the concept of a public policy approach.

Thus, my aim in this work is to dismantle the following problematics: What role does the parliament play in evaluating public policies? What are the areas of intervention of fact-finding committees and all its other bodiesas well?
