Quality in legislation has come to play an important role in building the state and directing public policy for it, by strengthening democracy in the world and making the legal system in the country accessible to all.

It can be easily perceived and can be resorted to effortlessly.

Quality makes law the tool that is used to achieve the goals of the state.

In all fields and the advancement of their economic, social and environmental reality as well as enhancing its competitiveness at the world level, so we see most democratic countries started working to improve their legislative products and raise their level in order to keep pace with the various developments and transformations that the world is witnessing as a whole .

Morocco is also moving towards preparing a set of guidelines that contribute to improving its legal system before it enters into force,so we wanted through this work to shed light on the techniques adopted to correct and remedy the errors of the legislation in force, especially the role of the General Secretariat of the Government in remedying the errors resulting from it due to the publishing process.
