The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of using the educational scaffolding strategy to teach art education on the development of artistic culture and artistic production among hearing-impaired students in the first grade of middle school, and to achieve this goal, the educational scaffolding strategy was prepared to teach art education, test artistic culture, and measure artistic production, and the research used the methodology The quasi-experimental (consisted of 30 students and studied in the usual way) and experimental (consisting of 32 students and studied using the educational scaffolding strategy), and the results showed the effectiveness of using the educational scaffolding strategy for teaching art education on the development of artistic culture and artistic production among hearing-impaired students in the first grade of middle school.
