We defined in a scientific and accurate way through this study .the sliape of the academic administrative structure of the educational public facilities in the Republic of Yemen and we aware of the aspects of deficiency in the build of this general structure And it be come clear to us through the sides of limitation and defect in the structure and form of this structure, primitiveness of this administration types and the standers which the structure and building are away of justice and equal rights and scripts of the constitution and law.

whereas this administrative academic structure and form of administrative types which dominate in these facilities come as a reflecting of the Yemeni live reality which also away of justice and equal rights and scripts of the constitution and law .

Where it appears as a triangle interrelated form the top to the bottom passing the middle based on personal benefits for the members of this pyramid This pyramid is in the supreme interest of the nation and the people through out the completely ignoring of this benefit For the purpose of personal interests of the members of this triangle which is primitive in its form and structure .

And this triangle consist of three basic elements e.g.

zonal, corruption and the centerpiece of the triangle is the narrow benefits of its members .thus they arc achieving their benefits by help one another cooperative n commutative opportunity .
