Al-Mahweet is one of the remote governorates.

It is famous for agriculture.

It is a recent governorate, i.e.

since the 1990s of the past century.

This research indicates that Al-Mahweet district, represented by the capital city of Al-Mahweet governorate has become more than it was in the past days in that, it does not meet the needs for services and projects in these days.

Thus, in this paper.

I suggest some solutions for tackling the overcrowd which becomes a threat for and uncovers the lack of the present capital city district in the governorate in agreeing for additional services and developments.

This is because of the lack of spaces that make strengthening such data easy.

As a result, I recommend that the government should make a decision taken from the suggestions of the Ministry of Local Administration that Al-Rogom district should be the substitute solution, i.e.

to be the main center of the governorate.

That is because Al-Rogom has some qualifications that are not found in any other district: It centers all the districts of the governorate, and it borders several governorates.

Additionally, it has diverse geographical and topographic features, such as mountainous and plain areas.

The district has spacious areas and has a varied plain extension which facilitates for the spread of different projects for a civil community and for sustainable development for the future of the governorate.
