Abstract: this paper aims to indicate the meaning of new Islamic speculative (dialectical) theology through analyzing the theses of the masters of the Indian and Iranian schools who were interested in advocating and establishing a new (Islamic speculative (dialectical) theology ) according to contemporary concepts that fit reality.

The paper revealed hat this trend differs from the Islamic speculative (dialectical) renewal and Ihe establishment of a theological philosophy of religion that differs from the Islamic speculative (dialectical).

In addition to, the paper concluded that the theses of the masters of these two schools end in their entirety towards secularization and centering on man, or finding the appropriate ground for that in the least cases, also the paper clarified the number of their applications, and rejected: the centrality of man.
