Identify the organizational culture and its relationship with the professional competence of the heads of sports clubs in the northern region approved for volleyball.

The research sample was deliberately selected from the members of the administrative bodies of the northern region clubs, who are (186) members and percentage (100% ) and represent (20) clubs and by (12) clubs in the first class (8) clubs in the first class The research reached the following conclusions: 1-The results showed that club presidents in the northern region possess a high organizational culture in managing their clubs 2-The results showed the effectiveness and validity of a measure of professional competence among presidents of the Premier League and First Division clubs in the northern region of volleyball 3- The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the organizational culture and the professional competence of the heads of the Premier League and First Division clubs in the northern region of volleyball 4-The results showed that the heads of clubs in the northern region have professional competence in managing their clubs In light of the findings, the researchers recommended the following: 1-Organizational culture is an important and effective element, and it should introduce its importance to members of sports clubs.

2- The professional competency scale has a scientific significance that must be approved by clubs.

3- Organizational culture and professional competence important administrative elements to establish introductory and development courses for the elements of professional competence and their role in distinguishing sports institutions Conducting other studies on organizational culture and professional competence for other levels and samples in various administrative and sports institutions.
