Tourism is an economic, social and cultural phenomenon, which has evolved with the development of increasing desires of individuals and has become a distinct activity aimed at mobility in search of pleasure and recreation.

The tourism sector is also considered one of the most important and dynamic sectors in the world and is carried out in the development plans and strategies of countries.

Tourism as an industry that contains a group of elements, namely: tourism ingredients and resources, tourism equipment and services, local and international telecommunications and telecommunications services, tourism advertising and promotion, it is a complex and intertwined industry.

Tourism contributes as an export industry to improving the country's balance of payments, and this is achieved as a result of the influx of foreign capital invested in tourism projects, tourism revenues that the country collects from the tourist audience, and creating new uses of natural resources, and the benefits that can be achieved as a result of creating an economic relationship between a sector Tourism and other sectors.

Therefore, in this research paper, exposure to the most important modern trends in tourism will be examined through exposure to the pillars of its success, the enjoyable international strategy, as well as the economic, social and cultural impacts on the local and international complex, with reference to the reality of tourism in Algeria
