The research dealt with the correction of the site of the Samarra archaeological clock through historical, archaeological documents and modern techniques, as previous research dealt with finding the Samarra archaeological clock in western Samarra (Al-Kattul region), Whereas, the results of the research showed the location of clock on northeastern side of the ancient city of Samarra (Al-Mutawakkil regiom) in the coordinates (N 34 12'15.6 ", E 43 52'24.

The researchers relied on (ArcGIS10.3) software to determine the location and match it with satellite images and old aerial photographs.

The results were in the form of digital maps and the location of the clock in the modern city of Samarra and the ancient city of Samarra.
