This research speaks about the intellectual relations between Kuwait and Egypt, each one of them has his goals of these relations.

Kuwait looked forward to the recognition of their graduates' degrees from Egypt, and as for Egypt, it looked forward to building its position as the best in the intellectual and education field among Arab countries.
