الملخص الإنجليزي

The study deals with the state of alienation that the ancient Iraqi experienced in his life experience, and the difficulties and troubles he experienced, and reflected them in his literature, which was a mirror that made clear to us many of his worries, concerns and questions.

Just as we find in the literature of ancient Iraq, the talk about a virtuous life in which humans and animals live in blissfulness and happiness, and where all the requirements for life are met, we find in this literature its sense of alienation.

In this study, we will try to clarify the concept of alienation, the reasons that made the old Iraqi feel it, and explain its types.

And his influence on him psychologically and socially, and to what extent his feeling of alienation contributed to hindering or slowing down the path of his life.

Has he been able to overcome this feeling and reach the psychological stability that enables him to live in peace and comfort with himself and his community? And as a result, he will be an active element in that society.

We, in this study, are not interested in tracing all the texts of ancient Iraqi literature in which cases of alienation were mentioned, as much as we focus on explaining the cases of alienation, and what is related to them in specific and selected texts away from prolongation, and burdening the study with many examples of one case.
