الملخص الإنجليزي

The research focus on the important political, military, and civilizational works that undertaken by amīr Azbuk bin Ṭaṭkh, who held one of the largest and most important position in the Mamluk authority from 868-904 AH.

Studying and analysing of the important works that carried out by Azbuk in his position will explain the causes that led to the consolidation of the relationship between Azbuk and the Mamluk sultans.

Also, it will appear the causes of that helped and enabled him to advance in important positions of Cairo and demonstrated his ability and skills in all aspects.

On the other hand, analysing of Azbuk's works in Cairo will shine the light in some of the political and military figures who played a role in consolidating Sultans Khashqadam and Qāytibāy authority and working to stabilize the military and economic conditions later of Qāytibāy's period.

Finally, these works and efforts will lead to get a closer acquaintance at how the authority was run in Cairo, discovering Qāytibāy's relationship with his amīrs, and the importance of amīrs in managing the state and maintaining its stability.
