During the establishment of their state, Banu al-Abbas adopted a political theory, and they claimed that it arose out of the Islamic religion, and that they were chosen by God Almighty to be the heirs of the Prophet in managing the interests of Muslims, And in a desire by us to show this historical aspect and its study of an objective study, under the title (The Abbasid political theory and the position of researchers on it).

The research proved that Caliph Abu Al-Abbas Al-Saffah restricted the caliphate to the Abbasids without the rest of the people, and denied the legitimacy of the caliphate of Caliph Abu Bakr, Omar bin Al-Khattab and Othman bin Affan, and emphasized the use of money and fear politics to gain the legitimacy of his rule, and contradicted himself on the issue of the succession of Imam Ali, and the Caliph Al-Mansour announced He adopted the theory (the divine truth that is right), and that he is a representative of God Almighty with regard to the affairs of people, and other successors followed these concepts, which created researchers with different reactions, which came from their intellectual ideologies, historical readings, their level of historical awareness and their belief in doctrine and racism, as some of them reached his research and conviction The scientific opinion indicates that the Abbasids 'political allegations are incorrect, and others interpreted the texts with nationalist or racial motives and tended the truth, and a third party signed the illusion of the texts and narratives, and their treatment was marginal without knowing the reason.
