This research aims to reveal the professional maturity of middle school students and study the potential impact of each variable of the sex (male - female) and specialization (scientific - human) among a sample of middle school students, and the research sample reached (300) male and female students, the researcher built The Professional Maturity Scale, which is part of the basic requirements of the current research, which consists of five areas: 1.

Self-confidence.

Consulting.

3.

Attention.

4.

Curiosity.

5.

Decision-making.

As the scale is in its initial form of (45) paragraphs.

The apparent validity of the scale was verified.

By presenting its paragraphs to a group of arbitrators, as well as extracting the coefficient of discrimination and the correlation coefficient for the scale paragraphs, and thus the scale became in its final form consisting of (38) paragraphs, and the scale's stability was calculated using a retest method, reaching (0.82).

After extracting the validity and consistency of the variable (professional maturity), the researcher applied the scale to the basic research sample consisting of (300) male and female students of the preparatory stage of the human and scientific specialization by (232) students, (68) students, (162) students and (138) female, and after collecting the information forms, the data were treated statistically using the T-test and the Pearson correlation coefficient.
