Therefore, the objectives of the research must be achieved by identifying the social worker's obstacles and their roles in health awareness and disease prevention.

The problem of the study came in identifying what are the obstacles to the role of the social worker (community health specialist) in health awareness and disease prevention.

In hospitals and health centers in the city center of Kirkuk and its environs, by adopting programs aimed at disseminating health facts, how infection occurs and ways to prevent it, and by working to educate citizens about the importance of early detection of diseases.

The third and fourth topic relates to the field aspect of the study in identifying what are the obstacles to the role of the social worker (community health specialist) in health awareness and disease prevention, identifying obstacles related to numbers, implementation, work team and citizens (beneficiaries) and proposals to overcome them.

The study found the tyranny of the female component over the job of an educator, the lack of social service specialization in the medical field, poor preparation, training and scientific qualification, weak financial capabilities or funding, lack of field visits to surrounding schools in health centers, reliance on the media to spread environmental awareness And contentment with publishing, the lack of clarity of the role of the social worker for the working team in hospitals and health centers, the differences in cultures and languages of citizens and affecting awareness programs, and the study recommends the adoption of all proposals to overcome obstacles by (100% ).
