This study aimed to identify The Level of Applying Agile Leadership by School Principals in Amman -The Capital City- & it's Relationship with School Excellence as Perceived by Teachers.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the relational descriptive approach.

To gather information from a sample of (400) male and female teachers.

They were chosen by a simple random method.

The researcher developed a tool that consisted of part, each of which represented a separate questionnaire: The first: related to agile leadership, and it consisted of (28) paragraphs They were divided into three areas: (The Trait of Humility), (The Trait of Calmness), (The Trait of Wisdom), while the second dealt with: School Excellence and consisted of (28) paragraphs that were divided into three areas: (Teachers Affairs), (Administrative Affairs), (students Affairs).

The results of the study showed: The overall score of The Level of Applying Agile Leadership by School Principals was average on the overall score, and the tool areas (the humility trait, the calm trait, and the wisdom trait) were at the intermediate level, and the study results showed that the level of School Excellence from the point of view Teachers in general were of (average) level, and the tool areas (teachers affairs, administration affairs, and student affairs) were at medium level.

The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of the responses of the study sample to the level of applying of agile leadership, and the level of School Excellence according to the difference of the gender variable in all fields and the overall degree and in favor of females.

The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of the respondents of the study sample to The Level of Applying Agile Leadership, and the level of School Excellence according to the difference in the teaching experience variable in all fields and on the total score in favor of "10 years or more".

The results of the study also showed a positive statistically significant correlation between the level of applying of agile leadership and the level of School Excellence in all fields and in the overall degree.

In light of the results, the study concluded with a number of recommendations, including the need for school principals in the capital Amman to pay attention to teachers ’affairs by offering motivational prizes to outstanding teachers.
