This study aimed to identify the impact of Distance Work as one of the Quality Elements of Work Life on the Performance of The Public Employees “Based on Job Satisfaction” at National Center for Human Rights- Jordan, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the study community consisted of all employees of at National Center for Human Rights- Jordan, the study sample consisted of (30) executive employees, who the questionnaires have been sent to them, (27) questionnaires were returned back, (2) were not useful for Analyzing and (25) were useful for work.

The study relied on several statistical methods, including multiple and simple regression analysis, T-test, and one-way analysis of variance.
