Despite the interest of many universities in developing their electronic work, some other universities have not paid sufficient attention to this topic, including Yemeni universities, and the University of Andalusia - Yemen is one of them, as it was noted during exploratory visits that some administrative units concerned with the application of electronic management at the university suffer from Some weaknesses in some aspects of activating administrative communication at the university; This may be due to the level of availability of their electronic management elements.

The aim of the research is to identify the role of electronic management at the University of Andalusia - Yemen in activating the administrative communication.

The study community included all the users of information systems at the University of Andalusia - Yemen, whose number is (53) employees.

For the purpose of the research, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample, and by using the statistical program spss, the level of electronic management and administrative communication was measured, and to achieve the research objectives, the descriptive and analytical approach was used, and the research reached the following results: The level of availability of electronic management elements was large, where the two dimensions were devices, equipment and databases were high, followed by the two dimensions: human resources (knowledge makers) and software, and the communication networks component was in the last rank.
