The study aims at clarification the first "waraqat" of poetry writing El imam el-Juwayni in usul al fiqh, where the study began with program of previous studies of "waraqat" book, then study began to talk about poet life, after that General reading on manuscripts, the study achieved some results that: "Waraqat" of imam al-Juwayni one of Usul summarys, which many Al-Shafii Elders depended on waraqat El-imam al-Juwayni in Usul study in first stages, His books exceeded on 20 poetry books, This "nzam zbda" in first writing in this time which i see, The poet life was full of hard-working and scientific diligence and his love for his writings he wrote "Gmaa El Gwamaa" in Usul, in Faqh "mainhaq", in mustalh "nakbaa", The manuscript of zabdah had fixed in Usul for the poet from two documentation sides: external and internal, The Zabdah books appeared after his writing to "Gamaa El Gwamaa" in 876 H, The only original manuscript appeared in chester beatty in debln in Ireland, This manuscript had 20 papers, 3 of them are empty, 4 of them are clear, 13 are proper papers, Several verses of manuscript are between 228 and 250 verse, it's an easy fluent writing, This appears poet's pride in his science and love it, this by praise on science in beginning of the writing, The poet was very honest in his copy from book " El Waraqat", however poet aimed to presenting a new informations, as examples: He repeated "I said" in around 20 times and sometimes he didn't say "I said" in around 3 times, the Al-Toukhi poet distinguished with accuration copy from "Al waraqat", Sometimes the poet proves different opinions of this manuscripts copying by his writing, the poet arrange the book topics as original order, there are many suggestions as: need to pay attention to Usul writting, Explaining shortcuts in special studies to get interest in it by students, Providing scientific systems in language of era to be easier for students, Needing to pay attention to Al-Toukhi heritage which has series in his writing and variety in arts.
