This study attempts to shed light on the Japanese-Ottoman relations during the period between (1968-1908), that relationship that took on a character characterized by affection between the two parties, especially after the arrival of Emperor Meiji to power in 1868, and the political transformations it witnessed in both countries represented By the Japanese- Russian War (1904-1905).

The aim of this research is to shed light and try to capture all aspects that accompanied the relations between Japan and the Ottoman Empire, starting with the path of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the nineteenth century to relations of friendship and harmony, economic activity from trade between the two countries and the resulting benefits for the two countries, even the cultural aspect.

What resulted from the Japanese's contact with the Ottoman Empire, we tried to address it, albeit briefly, from those books written by Japanese who resided in Istanbul.
