The Quran courts and their role in controlling thought IslamicDr.

Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-SaidiIt dosen't skip a person privy to the contemporary intellectual arena the great attention devoted to the science of thought, in writing or reading, but the science of thought ( a detailed overall perception of a specific reality based on its essence, elements, finality, ways of improving and fixing) is new to Islamic culture; therefore it was obligatory that it be determined and adjusted by Sharia'a disciplines, and so comes this research to clarify the relationship between thought and Sharia'a adjudicators.

The point of this research is: linking the science of thought to the Sharia'a adjudicators and proceeding the perceptions, especially the intellectual ones.

The research comes up as an answer to the question: Is thought available to everyone, as they want it or are there high authority, represented by adjudicators, upon it? This is the problematic issue the researcher wants to answer.

The importance of the research lies in the necessity to identify Islamic thought, mentioning its principles and the urgencey of saving it from being snatched by modern secular mainstreams.

Among the many objectives of the research were: linking this term to the tests of Divine revelation and the adjudicators of Al-Kitab and Al_ Sunah.

Also to display the role of Islamic regal sources in identifying the adjudicators which are preservatives of thought and deduction methodology.

The research came to a conclusion that thinking and contemplating is legitimate matter, Allah encourged them in Holy Quran, and must be controlled by legitimate adjudicators.

The researcher suggested the necessity of continuation of identifying the term of thought and criticizing false thinking processes claiming they are Islamic.
