Search titleThinking skills in the Holy Quran and activating them in building university student's personalityStudents of the College Science and Arts at Alkamil, Jeddah University Model as aThe research aims to extract evidence from the holy Quran for 30 thinking skills, and demonstrate its importance to build the university students' personality by conducting a field study illustrating its importance, sources and impact from the students' perspective, taking into consideration the difference between opinions in terms of (gender, specialization and the third and eighth level).

The researcher used the extract and analytical descriptive method.

The study sample was selected randomly from the study original community.

The research revealed several findings including: the need to activate thinking skills to build students personality through education philosophy, evaluation methods, university professor and providing appropriate university environment.

Most of the sample individuals agree on the importance of thinking skills for building university student's personality.

There are statistically differences at (1% ) for the eighth level about the sources of thinking skills and acquisition it.
