This research deals with the first part of the historical phenomenon about the visit of ImamHussein (peace be upon him) and the religious and political impact that his visit leaves in thehearts of the people loyal to the house of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and itsimportance.

It is based on the narration and the truthful Hadiths and the desirability of bringingthem، but the questions remaining are: Has it been desirable to visit Imam Hussein (pbuh) atany time of the year or to visit the 40 of his memory has made it desirable to the extent of ourduty towards Him? And is this visit distinguishing between other works of the believer accordingto other honest accounts in the commandments of the pure imams? The role played by the media in establishing this day as a global day for Shia Muslims connecting people from manyplaces on earth gives a great message of (tabligh) transmitted towards the masses of the world، which complements the role of prophets and guardians in the dissemination of the teachings ofthe divine message in terms of human development.

The most comprehensive role of this mediais in highlighting the negative effects that hinder the development process and economical contributionsthat could be made، in addition to the initiating planning strategies and raising humanknowledge in terms of awareness to the processes and the cognitive behaviors، which in turn liftsociety in general and develop a reflection of this cognitive awareness on the local growth.

Thiswill be the focus of the second section in this research.

In this section، we cannot overlook thereference of the media to the role initiated by AlAqeelah Zainab (pbuh) from the first momentof the martyrdom of her brother Syed al-Ahrar Imam Hussein (pbuh) which was completedwith the sacrifices of Karbala in the 10th of Muharram in 62 AH، To the most important eventsin history of preventing visitors to access the shrine and tomb of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh)and its impact on the sustainability of the underdeveloped environment، economy and society، mentioning also the repeated attempts to demolish the shrine of Imam Hussein (pbuh) to suppressthe spirit of revolution and rebellion against injustice and destroy the sincere orientationof the visitors who were attracted by the spirit of the of the grandson of the Messenger of Allahmay Allah bless him and his family in terms of renewal of the allegiance to him and follow theteachings of this blessed Hanseya Renaissance، which was awake in the conscience of all thefree world.

Sustainable development and its objectives and what areas it contributes to، with the achievementof its goals and throughout the year will be the focus of the third section of this research، to find out the importance of these areas and how to make them sustainable to achieve sufficiencyat all levels، especially in a country that suffered decades of deprivation from developmentin all sectors.

This research remains a great example of the importance of the fortieth visit، and its impacton both the developmental aspect through the movement of local industries and the avoidanceof commercial stagnation and the economic or moral aspect as it is an important informationalelement for millions of faithful followers، the followers which cannot be witnessed in other circumstanceswith such precision، self-determination and sincere approach، to deliver the voiceof Imam Hussein (pbuh) to the largest possible segment، the voice that came in its fullest willto teach the message of the Muhammadiyah، and to see what this Renaissance has left of thepeace and dignity in the souls of its lovers.
