Linguistics seeks in its descriptive method "among many" to study the live language spoken on the tongues of those speaks it.

This language is represented by local dialects that circulating among people in their conversations.

From this point came this research to study the phenomenon of miniaturization as a language segment within two linguistic uses, the first of which is the eloquent level saved within books and grammatical rules, and the other, which is the colloquial level spoken in the tone of the holy city of Karbala.

The research observed the acoustic changes in colloquial pronunciation, and try interpreted them phonetically in a way that shows pronunciational development in accordance with the data of modern vocals science.
