This study is not incompatible with the previous studies which examined the poetry of Imru' al-Qais; perception and interpretion only takes place in the text that emerges from the freedom of vision and human expression unrestricted by the authority of the censor.

It is an expression of the power of self-vision, and the explanatory dimension of the cosmic phenomena experienced by man.

Perhaps this is what can be found in the poetry of Imru' al-Qais and his era.

From this pivotal vision of the role of the body in the formation of the universe "text", the researcher approaches the two lengthies of Imru' al-Qais by studying the (forms of the body) and their interrelations on the one hand, and the formation of time and space and other terms of the universe on the other.

The text in its entirety is an attempt to restore the universal balance of the poet who loses it in a spot of time by searching for the absolute through employing his tools, including the body.
