The researchers concluded that the use of modern devices, especially the ultrasound device in training, has a significant positive impact in developing the physical and movement capabilities of young boxers.

The exercises in which the device was used had a significant and effective effect on the results of the tests in terms of development in the capabilities studied.

The two researchers recommended using the device in developing the researched capabilities of other groups.
