To clarify the differences among volleyball trainers and basketball clubs in doing planning and skills exercises according to their players` point of view.

One of the important things in making any scientific research succeed is to limit the society and the sample.

This research includes a number of volleyball and basketball players participated in Iraqi matches.

The volleyball players were (98) acting (7) clubs.

The basketball players were (120) acting (10) clubs.

The research procedures were done and excluded (10) players by applying exploring experiment and their percentage from the total was (6.802% ).

The answers are (90) for volleyball club and (115) for basketball club for comparison purposes.

The researcher concludes the following: 1.

The volleyball and basketball club trainers have good skills exercises which enable them to improve their techniques role of their clubs.

The volleyball and basketball club trainers use planning exercises which applied in an accurate way with their trainers enable them to improve the planning role for their clubs.

3.

The results show that the differences between the variables of trainers in both matches to manage the skills exercises is better from the planning exercise.

According to the conclusions, the researcher advises: 1.

Telemeter has a big importance in improving the skills and planning management of the trainers in sport clubs.

The variables are important and active.

They may be used in all team matches Avoid leaving trainers for the skills and planning aspects in managing their clubs.
