الملخص الإنجليزي

The reason for choosing this topic is that the volunteer team has become a realistic social phenomenon in Iraq with the ence of legislation regulating its provisions.

This research derives its importance from its connection with addressing this active phenomenon that was formed as a result of the urgent need to provide roles in various societal fields by civil activists, and this research sought to Highlighting the legal adaptation of the nature of the volunteer team's work and determining the position of the Iraqi legislation on it, as well as explaining the theoretical and practical solutions and perceptions of the legal treatment that guarantees the protection of the volunteer team in Iraq.

The non-governmental mass, and among the most important results, the volunteer team and the non-governmental organization are similar in terms of volunteerism and bring together a group of people and some goals such as providing services, while there is a clear difference in the structure, administrative and institutional organization, terms of official registration and objectives of its work.

The volunteer team enjoys civil protection in addition to penal protection Among the most important recommendations: Legislation of a special law regulating the provisions of the executive teams Awareness in Iraq and if this is not possible, the amendment of the Non-Governmental Organizations Law No.

(12) for the year 2010 in force to regulate the actions of volunteer teams and the rights and obligations of volunteers and adapt the reality of their work in light of this, and to spread the culture of volunteering among young people and implant the spirit of teamwork in them through various means.
