يتميز مجتمع الأعمال في الجزائر بالضعف بسبب انتقاله إلى اقتصاد السوق، كما أن هيكلة السوق تجعل من الصعب اعتماد نهج المسؤولية الاجتماعية.

فمن أجل الحد من عدم المساواة في التنمية المحلية، خفض نسبة البطالة وتحسين حياة المواطنين، يجب على الحكومة الجزائرية مواجهة تحديات التنمية المستدامة التي تتطلب تحقيق الأداء الاقتصادي، الاجتماعية و البيئي.

الهدف من هذه المساهمة البحثية هو محاولة فحص التزام بعض المؤسسات الحاصلة على شهادة الأيزو عن طريق استخدام قياس التصنيف ما بعد المالي لوكالة فيجيو (Vigeo).

من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف، اتبعنا الأسلوب الكمي عن طريق توزيع الاستبانات على مجموعة من المؤسسات الحاصلة على شهادة الأيزو.

في الأخير، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات الجزائرية التي شملها الاستطلاع مسؤولة اجتماعيا في مجال عملاء-مورودين ومجال الموارد البشرية، أما بالنسبة لباقي المجالات : حقوق الإنسان والمشاركة الاجتماعية فهي اقل مسؤولية

الملخص EN

The business community in Algeria is weakened by its transition to the market economy, and its structure makes it difficult to adopt a CSR approach.

In order to reduce the inequalities of local development, reduce the unemployment rate, improve the quality of life of citizens, the Algerian Government must meet the challenges of sustainable development which requires the achievement of economic, social, and environmental performance.

The objective of this contribution is to try to examine the commitment of some companies certified in the CSR approach through the use of the measures of the Vigeo extra-financial rating agency.

In order to achieve this objective, we opted for a quantitative methodology through the distribution of questionnaires to a set of certified companies.

We found that the Algerian companies surveyed are socially responsible in the customer-supplier field and in the field of human resources.

However, they are less responsible in the field of human rights and social commitment.

الملخص FRE

Le milieu des affaires en Algérie est fragilisé par son passage vers l'économie du marché, et sa structure rend l'adoption d'une démarche RSE difficile.

Afin de réduire les déséquilibres du développement régional, diminuer le chômage, améliorer la qualité de la vie, le gouvernement algérien doit relever les défis du développement durable qui exige la réalisation des performances économiques, sociales, et environnementales.

L'objectif de ce travail est d'essayer d'examiner l'engagement de quelques entreprises certifiées dans la démarche RSE à travers l'utilisation des mesures de l'agence de notation extra-financière Vigeo.

Afin de réaliser cet objectif, nous avons opté sur une méthodologie quantitative à travers la distribution des questionnaires sur un ensemble des entreprises certifiées.

Nous avons trouvé que les entreprises algériennes enquêtées sont socialement responsables dans le domaine de client- fournisseur et dans le domaine de ressources humaines.

Cependant, elles sont moins responsables dans le domaine de droit de l'homme et l'engagement social.
