The purpose of this study is to review the various theories and research works on the problem of the relationship between training and employment.
Some speak of adequacy and not of relationship.
What emerges from all of these theories is that the relationship between training and employment is far from over.
Nowhere is there a real match between the world of training and that of employment.
The logics of these two spheres are diametrically opposed when we know full well that the training sector is a sector evolving in its own logic while the economic sector, provider of employment, also evolves in its own logic.
.
Nonetheless, efforts and attempts are being made to build bridges between universities and businesses in order to alleviate the disgrace that can arise from the mismatch between a university degree and a job placed on the job market.
Finally, the mismatch between training and employment would generate a large number of unemployed graduates from higher education
الملخص FRE
la présente étude à pour objet de parcourir les différentes théories et travaux de recherche sur la problématique de la relation entre la formation et l'emploi.
certains parle d'adéquation et non de relation.
ce qui ressort de l'ensemble des ces théories et que l'adéquation entre la formation et l'emploi est loin d'être achevée.
il n'existe nul part une véritable adéquation entre le monde de la formation et celui de l'emploi.
les logique de ces deux sphères sont diamétralement opposée lorsqu'on sait pertinemment que le secteur de la formation est un secteur évoluant dans une logique propre à et que les secteur économique pourvoyeur d'emploi, lui aussi évolue dans sa propre logique.
néanmoins, des efforts et tentatives sans entrepris pour établir des ponts entres les universités et les entreprises afin d'atténuer les disgrâces de la non concordance entre un diplôme universitaire et un poste de travail mis sur le marché de l'emploi.
enfin, la non concordance entre la formation et l'emploi, peu généré une masse importante de chômeurs diplômes de l'enseignement supérieur.
