Le processus d'autoévaluation dans les universités Algériennes : quel impact pour une bonne gouvernance ? : cas de l'université de Bordj Bou-Arreridj

The aim of any self-assessment operation is, on the one hand, to conduct a self-critical review of the institution's performance and, on the other hand, to initiate a process of quality improvement by establishing a dynamic of innovation ( development strategy) and this reflects good governance, which makes us wonder: do the practices of Bordj Bou Arreridj University meet the needs of all stakeholders, including international training, cooperation and exchanges? What are the institution's objectives for filling existing gaps and what actions do they translate into? Referring to the self-assessment report from the University of Bordj Bou Arreridj, which diagnosed the state of the institution in relation to what the National Quality Benchmark (RNAQUES) recommends, we will analyze the data in order to highlight UBBA strengths and weaknesses, identify opportunities and threats to the institution, especially in the areas of research, training and cooperation.

This is in order to determine the actions to be taken by the university in order to strengthen the relationship between the university and the socio-economic environment.
