عرف ابن حزم الأندلسي الظاهري بمؤسس علم نقد التناخ بناء على المجهودات التي قدمها في الحقل المعرفي لعلم الأديان خاصة في مؤلفه "الفصل في الملل و الأهواء و النحل" و الذي يعتبر أهم مؤلف من بين مؤلفاته، فمن خلاله عرفنا منهج ابن حزم في دراسة و نقد الأديان.
و يعتبر النقد التاريخي أحد أهم مناهج النقد التي وظفها في هذا المؤلف الكبير، و هو لليوم من أهم المناهج المعتمدة في الحقل المعرفي المعاصر للنقد الديني في الغرب.
فماهي الآلية التي وظف بها ابن حزم النقد التاريخي على نصوص التوراة و ماهي النتائج التي خرج بها كإسهامات في علم الأديان ؟ للإجابة على هذه الإشكالية اعتمدنا المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع و تركيب الأفكار من مؤلف ابن حزم "الفصل في الملل و الأهواء و النحل" قصد الوصول إلى نتائج صحيحة منطقية لأبعد حد.
كذلك استعننا بالمنهج التحليلي بغرض الوصول إلى فهم صحيح للكيفية التي وظف بها ابن حزم منهج النقد التاريخي في نقده للتوراة

Ibn Hazm Al-Andalusi Al-Dhahiri was known as the founder of the science of criticism of the Tanakh, based on the efforts he made in the cognitive field of the science of religions, especially in his book "Al-Fasl fe al-Melal wa al-Ahwaa wa al-Nahl" which is considered the most important author among his books.
Through him, we learned Ibn Hazm’s method of studying and criticizing religions.
Historical criticism is considered one of the most important methods of criticism that he employed in this great author, and today it is one of the most important methods adopted in the contemporary field of knowledge of religious criticism in the West.
What was the mechanism by which Ibn Hazm employed historical criticism on the texts of the Torah and what were the results that he produced as contributions to the science of religion? In order to answer this problem, we adopted the inductive approach in collecting and synthesizing ideas from Ibn Hazm's book "Al-Fasl fe al-Melal wa al-Ahwaa wa alNahl" in order to reach correct results that are logical to the fullest extent.
We also used the analytical method in order to reach a correct understanding of how Ibn Hazm employed the method of historical criticism in his criticism of the Torah.

Ibn Hazm Al-Andalusi Al-Dhahiri était connu comme le fondateur de la science de la critique du Tanakh, sur la base des efforts qu'il a faits dans le domaine cognitif de la science des religions, notamment dans son livre "Al-Fasl fe al-Melal wa al-Ahwaa wa alNahl "qui est considéré comme l'auteur le plus important de ses livres.
Grâce à lui, nous avons appris la méthode d’Ibn Hazm pour étudier et critiquer les religions.
La critique historique est considérée comme l'une des méthodes de critique les plus importantes qu'il ait employées chez ce grand auteur, et c'est aujourd'hui l'une des méthodes les plus importantes adoptées dans le domaine contemporain de la connaissance de la critique religieuse en Occident.
Quel était le mécanisme par lequel Ibn Hazm a employé la critique historique sur les textes de la Torah et quels ont été les résultats qu'il a produits en tant que contributions à la science de la religion ? Afin de répondre à ce problème, nous avons adopté l'approche inductive en collectant et synthétisant les idées du livre d'Ibn Hazm "Al-Fasl fe al-Melal wa al-Ahwaa wa al-Nahl" afin d'obtenir des résultats corrects et logiques au maximum Le degré.
Nous avons également utilisé la méthode analytique afin de parvenir à une compréhension correcte de la manière dont Ibn Hazm a utilisé la méthode de la critique historique dans sa critique de la Torah.
