The objective of the research (factors affecting the employment of a faculty member for electronic classes of physics in university teaching) for the academic year (2020-2021), where the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach as she used a questionnaire as a tool to collect information that was distributed directly to a sample consisting of ( 81) One of the faculty members and the researcher followed up sending the questionnaire by sending a personal email to each faculty member, according to the test's desire.

The data were processed statistically using appropriate statistical methods, and the results showed that the general average of the level of knowledge possessed by faculty members at Anbar University (College of Pure Education and The College of Agriculture) on the importance of employing electronic education for electronic classes in university teaching, and the research ended with a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which was the need for faculty members to possess the technical and technical skills in dealing with electronic classes and adopt them as the most important technical innovations in contemporary university educational practice of the Corona crisis to increase the effectiveness of university teaching.
