After the spread of electronic commerce and the expansion of the percentage of contracts that are concluded via the Internet, which came accompanying with the technological progress and industrial development that the world is going through, the buyer or the consumer in general became unable to understand all the facts and the information related to the goods that he acquiring as a result of the complexity of the devices and the difficulty of knowing their components except by experts and professionals, while in contrast we find a stronger party in the contract which is the supplier or professional seller, and here comes the role of the commitment to inform in closing the gap of knowledge between them, and the need for the legislator to intervene to rebalance the contract by obliging the seller to inform the buyer of all necessary information in this regard.
