All Arab constitutions have stipulated the principle of freedom of expression, freedom of publication and freedom of the press and the media in terms we do not say that they are almost close.

It must also be said that most Arab constitutions contain chapters on the basic rights and freedoms of their citizens, so most Arab constitutions distinguish between the right to hold an opinion and the right to express it.

While constitutions differ from each other in their treatment of these two rights, from here the researcher sought to monitor the legal articles controlling media freedoms in Arab constitutions through a critical analysis of these articles in Arab constitutions and laws.
