This study aimed at measuring impact of the strategic management with all of its dimensions (environmental scanning, strategy formulation, strategy implementation and control and evaluation) in the intelligent organization with its dimensions (continuous learning, adaptation and collective intelligence) in the Jordanian industrial pharmaceutical companies.

As well as examining the impact of strategic leadership on modifying the impact of strategic management in its combined dimensions in the intelligent organization with its combined dimensions in the Jordanian industrial pharmaceutical companies.

The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach.

The study population consisted of (17) Jordanian industrial pharmaceutical companies.

The sampling unit is consisted of middle management managers, totaling (168) managers.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to the members of the sampling unit.

After retrieving the filled questionnaires, (141) of them were valid for statistical analysis (using the statistical package SPSS Version 21).

The statistical analysis showed that there is a statistically significant impact of the strategic management dimensions in building the intelligent organization with its dimensions in the Jordanian industrial pharmaceutical companies.

And also, the study found that the impact of strategic management with its combined dimensions in building the intelligent organization with its combined dimensions has increased in the presence of strategic leadership as a moderating variable in the Jordanian industrial pharmaceutical companies.

Based on the results, the study introduced set of recommendations, the most important of which are: it is necessary for the surveyed companies to continue applying strategic management process, and to enhance the leadership skills and capabilities through providing all the employees with related training programs.
