Praise be to God, lord of the worlds, the most merciful, the most merciful, the owner of the day of judgment, and i bear witness that there is no god but god alone who has no partner and i bear witness that Muhammad is his servant and messenger, who has attained to us the law of his lord, and has fulfilled the trustworthiness of that right to perform.

for the sake of science is destiny, and the highest pride, and attainment of a virtue, and honored her status, which is the science of the Islamic sharia, by which the happiness of the servants in the two homes, and that god almighty did not create them except to comply with his orders in all areas of their lives especially in their dealings, he showed them all that is good for them in their pension, so he did not make room for them to quarrel with each other, or disregard, and one of the advantages of this noble sharia is: bringing facilitation to the servants, and paying all that is hard and quarrels if that hardship and quarreling in their dealings or other, and among those areas in the transactions where there is no doubt that a conflict will arise between people is their struggle over an important component of production, which is the land, and what is happening from the dispute over the related benefits and from those benefits is what relates to the issue of reviving what died from the land.

for the sake of all this came this humble research tagged (the revival of the dead in the Islamic economy, the system of holding the prayers of imam Ibn Abdul Qawi al-Maqdisi al-Mardawi as a model) and a statement of the provisions of neighborhoods for this important element of production, but it is (the land) for the most important reasons: 1.

to facilitate the conservation of the system for the student of sharia sciences, for the strength of its pronunciation and accurate systems 2.

the great status of the author, may god almighty have mercy on him, among Muslim scholars in general, and during the Hanbali god’s mercy, in particular 3.

to clarify the idea of Islamic economics on this issue among Muslim scholars in general, and during the Hanbali in particular, and the choices of this great imam in particular, otherwise this system also contains other economic subjects of great worth, and no wonder, because god almighty has mercy on him the systems of jurisprudence Hanbali and aspects of differences in doctrine and others therein, and it has been shown that this great system was not explained until recently perhaps this effort will also be the beginning of a completely independent explanation of this wonderful system, and to clarify the smoothness of saying in the economics of this issue (the revival of the dead land) without injustice or prejudice against anyone, as is the case in other positive economic ideas that have a slightly different approach in this.

the side, like other economic aspects, to varying degrees and i would like to start by noting that my method in this humble research was as follows: 1.

mention the economic issues related to the revival of the dead from the two lands in the schools of thought, then mention the opinion of the Hanbali and their choices through the organizer, may god almighty have mercy on them.

2.

it exceeded some of the verses that include some economic aspects related to the revival of the dead, to shorten the topic, and to disclose the precise branches of the topic to avoid prolonging and elaborating as much as possible.

3.

mention the position of the witness and the house mentioned by the Nazim, may god almighty have mercy on him, in what i am addressing.

4.

attribute the forensic evidence also to doctrinal issues, with an indication of the inference.

5.

transfer the consensus of the scholars in matters agreed upon.

6.

the noble prophetic verses and hadiths came out of their manifestations in the noble Qur’an and Sunnah.

7.

the sayings of jurists documented the books of each school of thought.

this and i ask god almighty to be successful from the right to say, what was right, then god almighty alone, and what was wrong or misleading, or lack- and it is necessary- it is myself and Satan, and god almighty and his messenger are innocent and ask forgiveness of god almighty from him.

it was divided into an introduction, three topics, and a conclusion that concluded with conclusions and recommendations.

findings and recommendations: 1.

the regulator, may god almighty have mercy on him, is of great standing and high among his scholars among muslim scholars in general, and during the Hanbali god’s mercy in particular, this is evident through his scientific and literary product.

2.

his system is of great benefit and one of the most difficult and accurate systems is the most difficult, and she did not explain an abstract explanation, so we wish to meet with our days who explains to explain it to one of our scholars, even in the aspect of transactions, in which there is benefit and much good.

3.

the issue of the revival of the land of the dead is one of the most important economic topics, and the secret of this importance lies in the importance of the land itself in the productive scientific, and being an important component of production as is known.

Islamic economics thought on this issue among muslim scholars in general, and during the Hanbali in particular, and the choices of this great imam in particular, he has a great role in proving his eligibility in resolving the conflicts and differences taking place, and it is imperative that the issue of ownership due to neighborhoods, unlike other economic systems, it is not without injustice and injustice in its applications to this topic.

however, i confined myself to the most important thing mentioned by the regulator in the matter.

otherwise, this system contained other great economic subjects, no wonder, because god almighty had mercy on him, the systems of Hanbali jurisprudence and aspects of differences in doctrine and others in it.

our scholars mentioned the characteristics of the living areas of the two lands, the conditions for ownership of these lands, through the regulator, may god almighty have mercy on them, which indicates the capacity of the Islamic economy system, and the ease of its applications on the scene without harm or harm.

therefore, the research recommends muslim countries to the necessity of the applications of the Islamic economy and leave the need to submit to statutory laws which are based in most of the basics of its applications on positional systems in many cases, for two important things: the first is obedience to god almighty and compliance with his command, and the second: avoiding injustice and injustice that rises above the other systems.

when we look at the vocabulary of the issue, and look at the statements of the imams in the media, we extract from the Islamic economic system that it sometimes agrees with capitalism and rejects socialism, and sometimes it agrees with the latter and rejects the first, and sometimes it takes from these things and leaves something else on the same topic and so according to the rules of Islam which states the basic principle in economic activities is the solution, and it is not forbidden unless you enter into Muharram what is stipulated in the sharia, then it comes out from between Ferth and blood a plausible approach for those who walk.
