الملخص EN

This study aims to identify the most important problems and challenges facing projects applying standard systems in Sudan.

The study also aims to verify the extent of the impact of some of the problems of organizational culture in Sudan such as courtesy, randomness, and lack of commitment.

This study relied on the methodology of quantitative and qualitative analysis as a more appropriate methodology for conducting such a study, therefore, due to its relevance to the nature of the problem.

A questionnaire has used to collect information and verify the research hypotheses.

The questionnaire has distributed to number of (130) employees of Sudanese institutions that implemented projects for standard systems.

(71) employees has participated in filling the questionnaire.

The study verified the main assumptions and confirmed that there are many difficulties and challenges facing the implementation of standard systems, and the organizational culture is one of the biggest challenges and difficulties that hinder projects of implementing standard systems in the Nile Center.

The study recommended strengthening and focusing efforts in spreading awareness and enlightening the leaders of institutions in Sudan.
