The study aimed to reveal the relation between self - management methods and unemployment anxiety among the students expected to graduate from the University of Jordan.

The study sample consisted of 550 undergraduate students expected to graduate during the second and summer semester of the academic year 2018 - 2019, chosen using the random stratified techniques, from 14 colleges of the science, humanity and health fields.

To achieve the objectives of the study, two measures were developed (the measure of self - management and the measure of unemployment anxiety) .

The results of the study indicated the following results: There is statistically significant negative correlation between the dimensions of self - management methods and unemployment anxiety among students expected to graduate from Jordan University.

There are no statistically significant differences in self - management and unemployment anxiety for all dimensions attributable to the variable of income and gender.

There are statisticallysignificant differences between self - management for all dimensions of unemployment anxiety regarding the occupational unemployment anxiety, and psychological unemployment anxiety attributed to the variables of gender in favor of females, and differences in self - management as a whole and dimensions attributed to the rate level of education, in favor of excellent rate/ average.

There are statistically significant differences for the dimensions of time management, self - confidence and self - motivation in favor of very good average.

The dimension of the emotional management was in favor of good average in the dimension of social relations management.

There are statistically significant differences in economic unemployment anxiety and psychological unemployment anxiety regarding the rate level of education in favor of the acceptable/ fair average.

There are statistically significant differences regarding the methods of self - management for all dimensions in favor of health colleges.

There are statistically significant differences for the unemployment anxiety in favor of scientific colleges in the dimensions of occupational unemployment, social unemployment and psychological unemployment anxiety in favor of humanitarian colleges regarding the economic unemployment.
