The American domination was very clear due to the need of Pakistan since its independence on 15/08/1947 in which she was in need of great power to aid and support the new and young state .

Pakistan has adopted in its foreign policy , bullying policy especially in its conflict with its neighbor India since independence .

The era ( 1963 -1969 ) was marked by the deterioration of relations between the two countries due to internal circumstances in Pakistan represented by military elite control and transferring the government from democracy into dictatorship regime, others external, represented by outbreak of Indian- Chinese war and the united states attitude of it via the American support for India and what it lead to convergence between Pakistan- china, besides the outbreak of third Indian- Pakistani war in 1965 influenced the Pakistani government on the interne and external scales, the research is divided into introduction and three sections and conclusion, the first section discusses the historical dimensions of the two countries relations also the American confession of Pakistan independence and the start of understanding, political and military alliances between them, also, the second section discusses the military elite control over ruling with Muhammad Ayub Khan leadership and the relationship nature with the united states, the third section titled deterioration of the two counties relation and reasons of that, also fall of Muhammad Ayub Khanand the USA attitude of that.
