The research aims to uncover what family planning programs are and develop them, and demonstrate its amportance and its role in rationalizing the reproductive behavior of the population-Especially in the socitiefc of developing countries through this conceptual analytical comparsom, and researching effective means and methods in the field of family planning, whose programs aim to achieve abalance between family size and its capabilities available through time spasing between births and determine the number of family members and time and perioud of birth according to the ability of women to health moral and gain access to asociety where every pregnancy is desirable and every birth is safe, thus focusing on the quality of the population enhancing life quality indicators for all groups in society and ensuring the effectiveness of the over all development process.
