The research revealed a spatial analysis of the agricultural land uses for summer vegetable crops in Wasit Governorate for the agricultural season (2017-2018) as well as a spatial variation in the cultivation of those crops between one administrative unit and another, and the research reached several conclusions from them, there are ten crops grown (watermelon, grape, Okra, tomatoes, eggplant, cowpea, cucumbers, trees, peppers, potatoes) with an area of (24252) dunums of the total area of vegetables amounting to (27561) dunums from Wasit Governorate, and with a production amount of (68269) tons annually, but the most important The proposals recommended by focusing on cultivating good varieties of crop seeds to increase production quantities in line with the increase in the population and the need to protect the local product from external competition to ensure its cultivation and provide agricultural support from fertilizers, pesticides and seeds of good varieties at prices supported by the agricultural sector.
