الملخص EN

This Study aims to explore the impact of Arabic Maqamat on Arabic and World literature, especially Maqamat of Badi Zaman Al-Hamazani and Al-Hariri.

Which were formulated by their authors with a vary language – specific preamble, and they used in their formulation a lot of verbal enhancers especially congruence and Synonyms, and others.

There has been controversy among the authors about the origins of Maqamat, some of whom saw it as Persian origin.

However, most of the evidence confirmed by a large number of authors confirms that the maqamat are of Arab origin.

The study found the following results: 1- The Maqamat are Arabic originated by Hamathani .

2- The use of the Arabic language arts of coyote, genius and verbal improvisations requires a person who is fluent in Arabic to take the Maqamat out with such magnificence .

3- The maqamat have impact on the Arabic literature even in this era, where a lot of authors impacted by them such as; Mowlhi, Hafez Ibrahim, Yaazige and others .

4- Maqamat influenced the world literature, especially Hebrew, Persian, Spanish, French, Italian and English literatures.

5- Maqamat are the true nucleus of Arabic Comic theater
