The current study aims at identifying Forms of Violence against Police Man and Means of Reducing From the Perspective of Al-Balqa Applied University's Students – Al-Salt colleges, Al-Balqa Governorate, Jordan.

The current study has applied Sociological Survey Approach.

The study sample consisted of (196) students, and the researcher has developed a questionnaire in order to achieve the objectives of the current study.

The results have demonstrated that the most important forms of violence against Police Man were the psychological, economic, social and physical violence where the results were moderate.

Furthermore, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of violence forms attributed to gender, while the results showed statistically significant differences in the level of violence forms attributed to academic year; these differences were in favor of fourth-year students.

It was found that the most important reducing means of violence against Police Man were the focus on the role of family, school, university and mosque, awareness-raising campaigns, and dissuasive penalties against offenders.

The current study has recommended raising awareness of society in terms of the risks of violence forms against Police Man, prudent selection and training of Police Man, and foster the role of media, means of communication and grass roots leaders in order to reduce these forms.
