The present study aims to know the views of Sheikh Abdul Qadir Mullah Hweish (D.

1398 H.) in the sciences of Qur'an through his interpretation of the statement of meaning.

The research was composed of an introduction and four parts as follows: Reasons for the descent of the Quran, Makki and civil, abrogate and abrogated, the seven modes of recitation, and the conclusion which included the most prominent results as follows: the interpreters agree that the arrangement of chapters is conciliation in the Holly Qura'an and this arrangement cannot be violated, but he did not find objectionable to violate this arrangement because the interpretation in Qur'anic studies is not like the recitation, and the interpreter can submit a study of Surat on Surat, and the results also refer not to say the abrogate and abrogated and make the absolute and restrictive alternative to it, and the first interpretation is on the order of descent of the Koran.
