الملخص EN

This study aims to identify the impact of applying benchmarking method on organizational performance at Qatar Ministry of Justice.

To achieve the main objective of the study, the researchers developed a questionnaire which consists of (35) items, distributed among five dimensions.

The study population included all employees in the Ministry of Justice in Qatar totaling around (845) male and female employees, while the study sample was (166) elements representing (20%) of the population.

The researchers then collected the data and used SPSS for analysis.

The most important result of the study is as follows: • There is a positive and statistical significant impact at the level (α≤0.05) for the application of bencmarking method (strategical and functional) on organizational performance dimensions (goal achievement, job satisfaction, and learning and growth).

While the study came up with the following key conclusion: • To enhance and widespread the culture of benchmarking in the Ministry of Justice in Qatar so as to facilitate its application, and convince top management to regard it as a key pillar in institutional context in order to contribute to the success of implementing strategic plans.
