This research is about the removal of the Palestinian people from their land by the enemies of Islam, the Jews who attacked them, and drove them out of their homes and settled in it after they took over their land and property and desecrated their sanctities.

This research was entitled (The expelling from their homes and their right to return in the light of the Holy Quran) The Tow researcher speaks about the way of Allah in the ablutions and the expelling from the homes in the light of the Holy Quran.

The research consists of an introduction, a preface, three topic and a conclusion, as follows: Preface: The two topic: Researchers spoke about the Palestinians' right to the land of Palestine.

The third topic: The duties of the host countries towards the directors and the duty of the migrants themselves towards themselves.

The conclusion, has many important results and recommendations.
