Choosing one's specialization has a great influence on one's character, present and future life.

It is a decisive process that determines the person future and his success or failure.

Thus it is important to study the female university students' attitudes towards their majors as this will contribute in understanding and explaining their behavior.

The study focused on investigating the major the vocational future and the social view about the specialization in addition to studying the motives behind the choice of the specialization.

To achieve the objectives of the research , the researchers adopted the descriptive analytical approach and a questionnaire was used to collect the data.

The researchers prepared that questionnaire and distributed it randomly to the samples who are the first level students from ( social service department, kindergarten department , Islamic studies department, and English language students).

It was found that the students' attitudes twords specialization was positive and the English language students had the highest levels of attitudes .

It was also found that the university major factor was the only factor that had a statistic significance.

The fact that the college has only female students was the main motive behind the students' choice of major.

The researchers recommended supporting the students' positive attitudes and recommended finding treatments for their negative attitudes
