الملخص الإنجليزي

This research deals with the development of religious tourism in the city of Kufa, because of the importance of tourism as an economic sector that can provide difficult currencies and attract many workers to benefit from raising the economic level of the city which is part of the system of holy city cities in Iraq and the Islamic world.

Of the revenues of religious monuments in the development of infrastructure, which leads to economic development beneficial to the city and the province of Najaf and the State, This study dealt with the concept of religious tourism and the elements of the tourist offer in the city of Kufa, Religious tourism, its importance, objectives, benefits, obstacles and means of realizing human potentials, infrastructure, media, academic and urban work, highlighting the status of the past, present and future.
