The study aims to discuss the role of the cultural programs inside the Israeli jails in developing the Palestinian prisoners' personalities from the perspective of the prisoners themselves.

It also aims to reveal the differences between the average estimates of the sample members due to the variables (prison name, degree, age, years in jail).

The study uses the descriptive approach.

The sample consists of (61) prisoners from the Israeli jails (Nafha and Remone) chosen randomly.

The questionnaire and the interview adapte two tools for the study.

The questionnaire consists of (31) paragraphs distributed within five fields (media, administrative, legal, historical, and political programs).

The results of the study reveal that the degree of the prisoners' estimates to the role of the cultural programs in developing the Palestinian prisoners' personalities in the Israeli jails was about (75.79%) to a large extent.

The study also shows that there are statistically significant differences between the average of the prisoners' estimates due to the variable (prison name) for the benefit of (Nafha).

There are no statistically significant differences due to the variable (degree).

The study suggests designing new cultural programs based on defining the presioners' needs and interests and knowing their abilities and talents before choosing the programs that develop their personalities.
